4. Payments and Payouts

For Brands: Payments for campaigns are processed through our secure payment system. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

For Creators: Payouts are based on views and engagement, as outlined in each campaign. Payment processing times may vary.

5. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they create. By posting content on Viblo, creators grant brands the right to use the content for the specified campaign.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use Viblo for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Harass, defame, or harm other users.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

Viblo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content created by users or the outcomes of campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability
